Terms and Conditons
1. Appointments & Bookings
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
1.2 For training, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
1.3 Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price, to avoid delaying other clients.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
2.2 If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the service price will be charged. This is because we still have to pay our staff and may not have time to fill the slot.
2.3 No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be refused future bookings.
3. Vouchers & Gift Cards
3.1 Vouchers (physical and digital) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2 Vouchers must be used before their expiry date and presented at the time of service.
3.3 Lost, stolen, or deleted digital vouchers will not be replaced.
3.4 Voucher appointments must also adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy, or the voucher may be forfeited.
4. Health & Safety
4.1 Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before their treatment via the consultation form which is sent out before the treatment.
4.2 If you have a contagious condition (e.g., scalp infections, lice, flu-like symptoms), we reserve the right to refuse service for hygiene reasons.
4.3 If you are pregnant, sadly we cannot offer head spa treatments.
5. Hygiene & Etiquette
5.1 Mobile phones should be switched to silent to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
5.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service.
6. Pricing & Payments
6.1 Our prices may change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of booking will be honored.
6.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash or card.
6.3 We do not offer refunds on services or products, except where required by law.
7. Liability
7.1 We use allergen-free products and take great care in our treatments; therefore, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or sensitivities before their appointment.
7.2 Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
