About Aura10
Aura10 is an award-winning salon in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, founded by Rebecca “Bex” Williams. We specialise in Japanese Head Spa and scalp treatments, Keratin, Hair Botox and Nanoplastia, alongside professional hands-on training for the hair and beauty industry.
Built around genuine client care, specialist knowledge and continuous learning, Aura10 has grown into a trusted destination for clients and trainees from across Oxfordshire and beyond. Every treatment and training course is delivered with the same focus on quality, individual care and real hands-on experience.
Where It All Started
Meet Bex, Founder of Aura10
Hi, I’m Bex, founder of Aura10. My journey into hair and scalp treatments began through my own experience with difficult-to-manage, frizz-prone hair and discovering how much difference the right professional treatment could make.
In 2022, I began specialising in professional hair smoothing treatments, training with experienced educators and leading brands in Keratin, Hair Botox and Nanoplastia. What started as a personal interest quickly developed into a real passion for helping clients achieve healthier-looking, more manageable hair.
In early 2024, I introduced Japanese Head Spa treatments to Aura10 and continued developing my knowledge through specialist training in the UK and the Netherlands. Since then, scalp care and Head Spa have become a major part of what we do.
I’ve continued investing in professional development across scalp health, hair and scalp care, massage and holistic treatments. That knowledge now feeds into both the treatments I provide and the hands-on training I deliver to other professionals.
For me, Aura10 has always been about combining real experience, continued learning and genuinely individual care.

Meet the Team
Meet Dao
Originally from North East Thailand, Dao began her journey in massage therapy in 2008, training before going on to work professionally in Thailand. What drew her to massage was simple, seeing clients arrive feeling tense or uncomfortable and leave feeling relaxed, happier and cared for.
Since moving to the UK, Dao has continued developing her skills and holds qualifications in VTCT Level 3 Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Full Body Massage, Facial Massage & Skincare, Japanese Head Spa, Japanese Face Massage and Thai Compress Massage.
Dao first joined Bex at Aura10 while building the confidence to develop her own massage business. Today, she continues to work alongside Aura10, bringing her calm, caring approach and years of hands-on experience to every treatment.
Her focus is always the same: helping people feel better, relax and leave with a smile.
Recognition & Awards
Award-Winning Head Spa in Oxfordshire
In 2026, Aura10 was named Head Spa of the Year at the Aureum Awards in Bristol, recognising the care, expertise and attention to detail behind our Japanese Head Spa experience.
This followed continued recognition from the Hair & Beauty Awards, including becoming a Specialist Salon finalist in 2026 and achieving national Top 50 recognition in 2025.
For Bex, these awards reflect the same standards brought to every client treatment — personalised care, continued learning and a genuine passion for hair and scalp wellbeing.
That experience also forms the foundation of Aura10’s hands-on professional Head Spa training.
