Where it all Started
Hey! I'm Bex, Owner of Aura 10. After years in a demanding office job, I realised how crucial it is for women to take care of themselves. That journey inspired me to create a space where hair health, confidence, and relaxation come together.
I struggled with wild, frizzy hair for most of my adult life and after countless hours spent styling, I knew it was time for a change. After experiencing a keratin treatment firsthand and being amazed by the results, my passion for keratin straightening was ignited. In 2022, I went on to train with top UK-based experts and leading keratin brands.
Since then, Aura 10 has continued to grow. I introduced Japanese Head Spa treatments in early 2024, after travelling to Wales and The Netherlands to train with industry leaders, and the response from clients has been incredible!
More recently, I’ve deepened my expertise with advanced training in scalp health, receiving a Hair & Scalp Practitioner certification, and holistic therapies such as Japanese Holistic Facial Massage. These courses have been crucial in elevating our services, bringing a restorative element to the facial aspect of our Head Spa and allowing me to better educate clients on maintaining healthy hair and scalp.
Scalp health remains at the heart of my work, and I’m excited to be starting a trichology course—furthering my ability to understand and support clients with more complex hair and scalp concerns.

At Aura 10, we're proud to have a skilled and dedicated team. Dao, my colleague, is an exceptional therapist from Thailand, bringing with her a wealth of experience. She has trained in a variety of massage techniques, including traditional Thai massage, and holds numerous qualifications in beauty therapy.
Dao's expertise and knowledgable approach make her a wonderful addition to our team, ensuring that every client experiences the highest level of care and relaxation.
Awards
2025 also brought an exciting milestone: Aura 10 entered the Hair & Beauty Awards and out of more than 23,000 applicants, we were honoured to place 12th for Best Home Salon, 36th for Entrepreneur of the Year.
