Sorry, but we currently only have room for one at a time. However, you can book one after the other.

Yes, ALL of my products are sulphate-free and are compatable with all of my hair straightening treatments

What happens during a Japanese head spa treatment?

Our treatment typically includes a scalp analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, nourishing treatments, and therapeutic massage, often finished with a relaxation face massage. Some packages include a mini facial treatment.

Unfortunately, it is not advisable, as complications could arise from laying flat for an extended period of time

Should I wash my hair before I come for a Head Spa?

No, it’s not necessary, as we will go through a full scalp and hair cleanse process

Are Head Spa treatments safe for sensitive scalps?

Yes, all treatments are designed to be gentle and effective, however it’s important to mention this before having the treatment

Do you have packages for men?

How often should you have a Japanese head spa?

For best scalp health, many people benefit from a treatment every 4-6 weeks, although this can vary depending on individual scalp concerns.

What makes Japanese head spa different from a regular scalp treatment?

Japanese head spa treatments focus on both scalp health and relaxation, combining advanced cleansing, massage techniques and water therapy rather than just applying scalp products.

Can I have a Head Spa with hair extensions?

Sadly, we’re unable to offer any of our treatments to clients with hair extensions, weaves, braids or dreadlocks

Where can I find you and is there parking?

We’re located between Woodstock and Witney, Oxfordshire and there’s always plenty of parking on the road directly outside.

Are your products suitable for colour treated hair? 

Yes, all our products have been carefully selected and are colour safe.

Yes. A Japanese head spa should be seen as essential scalp maintenance, helping to keep the scalp healthy, support stronger hair growth, and provide deep relaxation.

How long do Hair Straightening results last?

Results typically last around 3-6 months depending on the treatment, your hair type and how well you follow the aftercare.

How long does the appointment take?

This depends on the treatment, hair length and thickness - appointments can take anything from 1.5 to several hours.

Is there any downtime after my keratin, botox or nano treatment?

Our treatments allow same-day washing and normal daily activities. Super convenient.

FAQ XIII

Can I have a treatment while pregnant?

Nanoplastia is the only treatment we consider suitable during pregnancy. However, this depends on the condition of your hair - it must be healthy and not bleached. We’ll always assess this beforehand to ensure it’s safe and appropriate.

What’s the difference between Keratin, Hair BTX and Nanoplastia?


Each treatment works differently depending on your goal - whether that’s reducing frizz, improving condition, smoothing the hair or achieving a straighter finish. We’ll recommend the best option during your consultation - learn more

Do I need any particular aftercare for hair keratin treatment? 

Yes - using the correct aftercare products is essential to maintain your results for as long as possible. We recommend sulphate-free products and will guide on you on the best options.

Suitable for Children?

No, but we're planning a young person package soon. Current packages are suitable for 14+

FAQ XIV

Does the keratin treatment contain formaldehyde?

No  the products we use are completely formaldehyde-free. However, like many smoothing treatments, they can still produce fumes during the process. These are non-toxic, and we take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable environment throughout your treatment.

Can I still curl my hair afterward a hair botox or keratin treatment?

Absolutely. Your hair can still be styled as normal, it’ll just be quicker and easier to manage.

Will the treatment make my hair completely straight?

Not always. Results vary depending on your natural texture, previous hair history and the treatment chosen.

Are hair straightening treatments damaging

No - when carried out correctly, these treatments are not damaging. In fact, they help to improve the condition, smooth the cuticle and make the hair more manageable. The health of your hair is always assessed first to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Are the keratin, botox and treatments suitable for bleached or highlighted hair?

Yes, both Hair BTX and Keratin should be suitable, but this also depends on the condition of your hair. We’ll assess this carefully beforehand.

FAQ VIII

Can I colour my hair after the staightening treatment?

Yes, but we usually recommend waiting around 2 weeks before colouring the hair.

FAQ XII

Can children have these treatments?

Yes - however, we only offer Nanoplastia for children, as it is the most gentle and suitable option. We will always assess the hair first to ensure it’s appropriate.
