Bex is an absolute brilliant trainer!!! She really knows her stuff and taught it really well, it made me feel confident to start doing Japanese Headspas. As well as learning lots, was a really nice day with Bex and she took things at my pace, always checking in with me and making sure I understood.

I recently completed Japanese Head Spa training at Aura 10 with Bex, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had my training today at Aura 10 Japanese Head Spa, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and completely at ease. My trainer, Bex, was absolutely amazing she’s so lovely, patient, and knowledgeable. She has such a calming way about her that instantly made me feel comfortable, and she explained everything in such a clear and supportive way.

The training itself was thorough and well structured, covering everything I needed to know while also allowing time for questions and practice. Bex’s encouragement really boosted my confidence, and she made the whole day feel enjoyable as well as professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed, which makes such a difference.

I’m so glad I chose Aura 10 for my training the atmosphere is beautiful, the standards are high, and the whole experience has left me feeling inspired and excited to move forward. I recently completed my Japanese Head Spa training with Rebecca and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the course was incredibly informative and thoughtfully delivered. The balance between theory and hands-on practice was perfect, we had plenty of time to truly refine the technique while also gaining a deep understanding of the treatment itself.

Rebecca is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but also warm, patient and genuinely passionate about what she teaches. She created such a supportive learning environment where no question felt silly and every step was guided with care. The location was absolutely beautiful too, which made the whole experience feel even more special and aligned with the essence of the treatment.

I truly feel like I’ve learned from the best. I’m leaving the training feeling confident, competent and so excited to bring this treatment into my own studio. I can’t recommend Rebecca highly enough - she was simply wonderful.

​I came to Aura10 to train to do the Japanese Head Spa and I was not disappointed. From the second I walked through the door, I felt extremely welcomed by Bex and felt so comfortable in her lovely home. She offered me a coffee before we started (which I so needed) and then we got stuck in with the theory. Bex explained everything in so much detail, asked me if I had any questions and let me speak about my scenarios that I had experienced since starting my own business. Bex is such a lovely lady, so easy to listen to and talking to her was as if I had known her for years!!
I had the theory, then experienced the Head Spa myself, as she said it will help that I have experienced it when offering it to my clients. It was AMAZING and I felt so lucky that I got the chance to have an Aura10 Head Spa, aswell as being trained by the best!! We had an incredible lunch, which was super yummy, then we finished with myself doing the practical on two clients at the end. I wish Bex did more courses so I could go back, as the whole day was just amazing!!
Highly recommend Bex because I not only had the best day being trained by her but she’s also helped me with questions since then and has been a continued support over the phone, since I had my training course 5 months ago! My business has really taken off after 4 years, and I finally have my own salon in my home town, all thanks to Bex!! Couldn’t be more grateful 🫶🏽
